At PREVEL, we are committed to bringing you high-quality luggage solutions. Our Warranty policies give you the assurance that the product/s you have purchased with your hard earned money is backed by dependable product protection and service support

Luggage Warranty

PREVEL luggage is covered under a 5-year limited warranty, structured as follows:

  • 2 Years Complimentary
  • 3 Additional Years upon registration within 30 days of purchase

This warranty protects against manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Zippers

What’s covered:

  • Zippers that fail to close or misalign under normal usage.

Not Covered:

  • Zipper damage due to overpacking or forced closure on an overloaded case.

Trolley System

What’s covered:

  • Defects in the slide-in and slide-out
  • Push-button mechanisms

Not Covered:

Malfunction due to body damage

Wheels

What’s covered:

  • Wheels that break
  • Wheels that get stuck during rotation
  • Wheels that do not rotate during standard travel use

Shell

What’s covered:

  • Shells that Crack during travel
  • Structural deformities that are caused during production

Not Covered:

  • Damage from airline handling or transport services.
  • Cosmetic issues: scratches, dents, or scuffs.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals.

Carry Handles

What’s covered:

  • Breakage due to regular handling conditions

Locks

What’s covered:

  • Combination locks that malfunction or fail to operate as designed

Not Covered:

  • Forgotten passcodes. (Tip: Always make a note of the lock code )

Logo Plate

What’s covered:

  • Defects in attachment or installation.
  • Plate being dislodged from the shell

Not Covered:

  • Scratches or cosmetic damage.

Side Bumps

What’s covered:

  • Breakage or failure caused by manufacturing defects

Spare Parts & Repairs

We’ve made repairs easy and accessible. If your product requires a replacement part, we’ll ship it to you with simple, step-by-step instructions so you can fix it at home.

Common replaceable parts:

  • Trolley handles
  • Wheels
  • TSA locks
  • Logo plates

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • To receive the extended warranty, register your product within 30 days of purchase.
  • Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
  • It does not cover:
  • Misuse, neglect, or modification
  • Damage from airline handling
  • Normal wear and tear

After the warranty period, spare parts are available at a nominal charge. If your product has been discontinued, we offer:

  • An equivalent replacement, or
  • An upgrade option by paying the difference.

Important Travel Tips from PREVEL

  • Take a photo of your luggage before checking it in to document its condition.
  • Combination locks are secure but not tamper-proof. Please inspect your luggage upon arrival.
  • If damage occurs in transit, report it to the airline before clearing customs for the best chance of resolution.
